  Our business booked a 3 tonne van online and received a booking confirmation via email. The evening before my staff flew to Sydney we received a call from a extremely rude lady from Thrifty Blakehurst who told us the van would not be available until noon and not the 8am time we had booked. We explained that we had timed deliveries to make and she told us its not her problem and we need to deal with it!! Less than 24 hours notice is not good enough and if I spoke to my clients the way she spoke to us we would be out of business. Terrible attitude and terrible service!!

  I booked thought the car had gps. But the lady in the counter didn't provide me any gps or mobile holder as promised and her attitude was like, its not her problem. The car was very good, and I enjoyed the ride, but I think they should be more professional in dealing with people.

  Stellar service. Tip: as a general rule, always ring 2 days before you pick up your rental to ensure you get the vehicle you need. These guys are awesome.
